Qualifications

• One year minimum of experience in food and beverage operations.
• Experience with Micros or other POS systems is a plus.
• Luxury hotel experience is a plus.
• Basic communication skills required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends/holidays.
• Team player with ability to collaborate.
• Passion for spirits, wine, and food.
• Personable and guest-focused.

Responsibilities

• Ensure food and beverages are served in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist guests with menu selections and dietary questions.
• Take orders accurately and communicate special requests to the kitchen.
• Anticipate guest needs and offer desserts or coffee.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction.
• Promote menu items and specials to increase sales.
• Adhere to cleaning and safety standards.
• Attend daily pre-shift meetings.
• Follow service sequence with attention to detail.
• Deliver WOW moments and adapt to business needs.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
