Qualifications

• One year minimum of experience in food and beverage operations.
• Basic communication skills.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Luxury hotel experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure food and beverages are served in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist guests with menu selections and dietary needs.
• Take orders accurately and communicate special requests to the kitchen.
• Anticipate guest needs and offer beverages, desserts, or coffee.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
• Promote menu items and promotions using suggestive selling techniques.
• Adhere to cleaning and safety standards.
• Attend daily pre-shift meetings.
• Follow the service sequence with attention to detail.
• Deliver WOW moments and assist with additional duties as needed.
