The Loren at Lady Bird Lake in Austin, TX seeks a friendly Nido Server to provide premium hospitality and beverage service in a luxury hotel setting. You will greet guests, take orders, prepare drinks, and ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities include maintaining service standards, memorizing menus, managing guest checks, and collaborating with the team to deliver flawless service with a polished appearance and professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service skills and professional demeanor.
• Fluency in English required for guest interactions and documentation.
• Experience with cash handling and POS transactions.
• Basic understanding of restaurant operations and service standards.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced luxury hotel setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take and serve orders, and accommodate special requests.
• Maintain attentive service and uphold Loren hospitality standards.
• Restock and perform opening/closing side work.
• Memorize menu items, specials, and recipes to answer guest questions.
• Keep pool deck, service areas, and dining spaces clean and presentable at all times.
• Process guest checks accurately and handle payments securely.
• Attend pre-meal and departmental meetings to stay informed.
• Respond to guest inquiries promptly with helpful information.
• Present a clean, professional appearance and courteous demeanor.
