Job summary

The Loren at Lady Bird Lake invites an enthusiastic restaurant host to warmly greet guests, guide them to tables, and coordinate with servers to ensure smooth seating.

You will manage reservations, communicate guest needs to the front of house, and assist in maintaining a welcoming dining atmosphere that reflects our luxury service.

A high school diploma and hospitality experience are preferred; we offer full-time hours, competitive benefits, and opportunities to grow with our iconic Austin hotel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior customer service experience in hospitality preferred.
• Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.

Use the guest’s name during interactions.Follow procedures for accepting reservations and assign tables to servers.Support servers and wait staff by ensuring guest needs are met such as provide water, drinks to tables. Assist in clearing tables and organizing silverware as time allows.Thank guests as they leave and ask about the guest’s experience. Convey any pass on information to the Restaurant Manager.
