Qualifications

• Previous hotel guest-facing experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
• 1+ year of guest service experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests at the Front Desk and Concierge Desk.
• Maintain hotel standards and assist with check-in/check-out procedures.
• Respond to inquiries and provide concierge support to residences.
• Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues to ensure a premium experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow safety guidelines.
