The Loren at Lady Bird Lake in Austin, TX is seeking a friendly Bell/Door Attendant. This role greets guests, opens doors, and assists with transportation around the property, delivering exemplary service from arrival to departure.

Ideal candidates have strong guest service skills, attention to detail, and flexibility in working hours. Prior hotel experience is preferred, with a focus on hospitality and professionalism.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent education preferred.
• Previous hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Greet and escort guests to rooms.
• Open doors and assist guests entering and leaving the property.
• Operate the company vehicle to provide transportation for guests in Austin.
• Coordinate with Guest Services to manage transportation requests.
• Inform guests of property amenities, hours, and local area activities.
• Transport guest luggage to and from valet, rooms, or bell area.
• Assist with luggage storage and retrieval.
• Communicate parking procedures to guests and visitors.
• Follow all hotel policies and report unsafe conditions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
