Job summary

Four Seasons Fort Lauderdale is seeking a Server Assistant to support restaurant service. You will promptly clear and set tables, assist wait staff, and help stock service areas.

This is a full-time role in a luxury hotel environment where attention to detail and guest satisfaction matter. We require at least 6 months of food service experience, excellent presentation and communication, strong time management, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of food service experience, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort.
• Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong time management skills; ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication with colleagues and guests.

Responsibilities

• Promptly clear, clean and set-up tables, chairs, linens, china, glass, and silverware for service.
• Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond to concerns and requests.
• Assist in stocking linens, china, glass, silver, and food items; help prepare smaller items such as toast, soup, or beverages.
• Breakdown and reset side stations and back of house areas.
