Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach is seeking a Florie’s Server Assistant to support the front-of-house team and maintain exceptional service during all meal periods.

In this role you will prepare and replenish service stations, assist with table maintenance, and ensure a polished dining environment, reporting to Food & Beverage Management. A strong guest service mindset and English fluency are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 6 months of hotel/restaurant experience preferred.
• Strong guest service and interpersonal skills.
• Basic food & beverage knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Support servers, runners, and leaders during service.
• Maintain service stations and prep mise en place.
• Stock supplies and ensure cleanliness throughout service areas.
• Provide attentive, professional, and personalized service.
• Communicate with kitchen and other teams for seamless service.
• Assist with opening, closing, and side-work.
