Job summary

Montage International is seeking a Security Officer to safeguard associates, guests and assets. You will patrol premises, respond to emergencies, and maintain detailed logs while delivering excellent guest service.

This role requires strong security experience and hospitality awareness in a luxury hotel setting. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), 2–3 years in security, CPR/First Aid certification, and proficiency with MS Office tools.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years of security experience.
• Certified in CPR/First Aid with ability to present a valid Guard Card.
• Luxury hotel experience strongly preferred.
• Advanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; daily use of programs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct interior and exterior patrols; check doors, trespassers, restricted areas and hazards.
• Respond to guest and associate calls; treat emergencies as top priority.
• Draft incident reports; maintain logs (key, lost and found, contracts, passes).
• Ensure daily shift logs and pass-downs are complete; manage CCTV monitoring.
• Provide safety training and report hazards; communicate shift information from briefings.
• Maintain professional security presence with a focus on customer service.
