Job summary

Montage International is seeking a Security Officer to safeguard guests, associates and assets while supporting the company’s goals and values. The role emphasizes a professional security presence and strong customer service alongside active business partnership.

The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, 2–3 years of security experience, CPR/First Aid certification, and a valid Guard Card. Luxury hotel experience is highly preferred and proficiency with Office apps is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum two to three years of Security experience.
• CPR/First Aid certified and ability to present current Guard Card.
• Luxury hotel experience strongly preferred.
• Advanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; daily use of nearly all programs will occur.

Responsibilities

• Conduct interior and exterior patrols of the property and check doors and safety areas.
• Respond to guest and Associate calls during patrols and handle emergencies.
• Draft and log incident reports and maintain key logs, lost and found records, group resumes, and contractor passes.
• Maintain daily shift logs and pass-down logs with accuracy.
• Monitor CCTV to ensure constant surveillance of grounds.
• Provide associate safety training and address safety hazards daily.
• Communicate updates on incidents and maintain professional security presence while assisting guests.
