Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton Street Boston is seeking a Security Officer to join our Forbes Five-Star team. You will patrol premises, monitor access, and respond to incidents while engaging with guests and colleagues to ensure safety and security.

We value strong communication, attention to detail, and a professional demeanor; prior security experience and First Aid/CPR are preferred. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organizational skills; reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English.
• Excellent Human Relations skills; able to deal with difficult situations in a positive, effective manner; accommodating and approachable demeanor a must.
• Excellent investigative skills and report writing skills a must.

Responsibilities

• Patrol hotel and residence premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates; circulate among guests, patrons, and employees to ensure safety and protect property.
• Ability to work weekdays, nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
