Responsibilities

• Assist Sales Managers with greeting and meeting prospects.

• Prepare and conduct property tours, familiarization trips (FAMs), etc.
• Assist with correspondence, proposals, and contracts.
• Coordinate marketing projects and deliver reports on revenue and sales.
• Handle routine duties as requested by management.
