Job summary

The role requires English fluency, some Spanish preferred, and familiarity with OSHA and health regulations. You will work with Engineering, Front Desk, and Human Resources to maintain safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidate has previous hotel housekeeping supervisory experience and strong English fluency.
• Familiarity with OSHA and local health regulations is required.
• Proficient computer skills including Word and Excel are expected.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise daily housekeeping operations.
• Train staff and provide feedback to meet luxury resort standards.
• Ensure rooms, public areas, and offices meet cleanliness standards.
• Coordinate with other departments and manage staffing based on occupancy.
• Maintain safety, linen, and supply inventories and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Prepare and review schedules and maintain accurate employee records.
• Follow recycling practices and promote environmentally conscious operations.
