Residence Inn Corona is seeking a hands-on Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily operations, coach a team, and uphold brand standards for guest rooms and public areas.

Qualifications

• Six months to one year of housekeeping or hotel supervisory experience.
• Previous hotel housekeeping experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the daily activities of the housekeeping team.
• Train team members on standards, safety procedures, and best practices.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness and quality.
• Assign daily work schedules, room assignments, and distribute keys.
• Address guest requests and resolve housekeeping-related concerns promptly.
• Assist with interviewing and onboarding new housekeeping staff.
