Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Room Attendant to maintain cleanliness in assigned rooms/suites at the Arizona Biltmore in Phoenix. The role involves hotel-standard cleaning, linen handling, and attentive guest service.

Required: High School diploma or equivalent; prior general labor experience. Prior housekeeping experience and luxury-hotel familiarity are preferred. This is an on-site position with competitive compensation and benefits at Pyramid Global Hospitality.

What You Will Have An Opportunity To Do

Room Attendants

Room Attendants are responsible for the overall cleanliness of assigned rooms / suites, and report maintenance deficiencies in order to maintain rooms / suites in compliance with standards.

Essential Functions

• Clean rooms / suites as assigned, which includes making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming and washing windows / tracks.
• Report rooms as clean and available.
• Report maintenance deficiencies in order to maintain room in compliance with hotel standards.
• Strip dirty linens / towels and remove used amenities from room/suite.
• Check maid cart for supplies, stock as needed.
• Greet guests immediately with friendly/sincere acknowledgement.
• Replenish linen and guest amenities.
• Clean balconies, if applicable.
• Respond to special requests by guests (such as providing extra amenities or service time requests).
