Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality's Arizona Biltmore is seeking a Turndown Attendant to provide turn-down service and maintain guest room cleanliness in the evening shift. You will stock, replenish amenities, change linens, and assist Housekeeping with guest requests to ensure a superb guest experience.

The role requires High School or equivalent (preferred) and prior housekeeping experience. Join a team recognized for service excellence at a historic property in Phoenix.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in housekeeping is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide turn-down service and partially remove/store bedspread, replenish amenities and linens.
• Clean bathroom, toilet, sink, walls, mirrors and tiles in guest rooms.
• Strip and make beds, change bed linens, and restock supplies.
• Dust furniture, pictures, drawers, window ledges and shelves.
• Vacuum room, empty trash, and restock heavy cart with items requested by guests.
