Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality's Arizona Biltmore property seeks a Room Attendant to maintain the cleanliness of rooms/suites and support guest comfort. You'll work in a luxury resort setting with responsibilities spanning bed making, bath cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, and window care while ensuring maintenance issues are reported promptly.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, with prior general labor and housekeeping experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent is required or preferred.
• Prior general labor experience is required.
• Prior housekeeping experience is preferred.
• Prior luxury hotel / resort experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean rooms / suites as assigned, including beds, bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming and windows/tracks.
• Report rooms as clean and available; report maintenance deficiencies to keep rooms in standards.
• Strip dirty linens / towels and remove used amenities from rooms.
• Check maid cart for supplies and stock as needed.
• Greet guests with friendly acknowledgement and respond to special requests.
