Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to stand during entire shift and lift up to 100 pounds occasionally.
• Must communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas and equipment.
• Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly.
• Deliver items to guestrooms and assist with express checkout where applicable.
• Respond to guest inquiries about hotel services, local attractions and activities.
• Resolve guest complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Inspect furniture and fixtures for damage and cleanliness; report any issues to Supervisor.
• Stock supplies and ensure security of keys and radios.
• Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, windows, floors, and bathrooms.
• Move and reposition furniture as needed to match floor plans.
