Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of progressive restaurant or food & beverage management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of food, wine, spirits, and luxury service standards.
• Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations for all outlets, ensuring service excellence and brand standards.
• Train, coach, and develop outlet managers and staff; foster a positive work environment.
• Build guest relationships and manage guest concerns with strong service recovery.
• Assist in achieving budgeted revenue, labor, and profitability targets; monitor inventory and costs.
• Maintain health, safety, and alcohol service compliance across venues.
