Starwood Hotels is seeking a General Manager for the Watr restaurant at 1 Hotels. You will lead, motivate, and energize the team while managing total operations and financial performance.

You will hire and train management and hourly staff, ensure safety and sanitation protocols, and deliver exceptional guest service aligned with the brand. Strong leadership and cost management are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years full service restaurant experience as Restaurant Manager or Assistant General Manager.
• Bi-lingual preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred.

• Develop and communicate a departmental strategy aligned with property and brand.
• Establish goals to optimize performance and hold leadership accountable.
• Provide inspirational leadership to deliver the brand vision and guest service.
• Supervise and manage team members, ensuring productivity.
• Recruit and develop leaders; ensure staffing levels meet demand.
• Oversee purchasing, payroll, and budget monitoring to maintain cost controls.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and food quality standards.
• Lead daily operations and partner with Marketing to drive guest engagement.
