Starwood Hotels seeks a seasoned Hotel Manager to lead daily hotel operations at our upscale property. You will set the operations strategy, align with brand standards, and ensure exceptional guest service while driving revenue and financial performance.

With 10+ years in luxury hospitality, you will mentor directors in Rooms and F&B, champion a positive culture, and maintain high engagement with guests and team members alike.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive hotel operations experience in upper upscale or luxury settings.
• Experience as Director of Rooms or Director of Food & Beverage preferred.
• Expertise in leading a hotel operations team and driving guest and team member engagement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all hotel daily operations and drive performance against budget and targets.
• Develop and communicate a hotel operations strategy aligned with brand and company objectives.
• Recruit, mentor and coach leaders; foster an inclusive, high-performing culture.
• Monitor guest feedback and financial performance; implement corrective actions as needed.
• Stay informed on market trends and introduce new products or services to improve revenue.
