Job summary

Qualifications

• Understand a guest’s service needs.
• Maintain confidentiality of guest information and hotel data.
• Ability to perform mathematical operations with units of measure (dollars, cents, feet, inches, pounds, ounces).
• Must speak, read, and write English with fluency; other languages preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify dry goods, food items, beverages, supplies and equipment.
• Ensure proper storage and issuance of all items.
• Maintain physical control of goods until issued to operations.
