Job summary

The Carlyle, A Rosewood Hotel in New York City is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to lead and supervise all housekeeping operations, ensuring luxury standards and brand policies are met. You will monitor room and public area cleanliness, train staff, and coordinate with other departments to deliver impeccable guest experiences.

Responsibilities include assigning daily tasks, inspecting rooms and facilities, maintaining safety, and upholding Forbes and LQA standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum two years’ experience in a similar capacity for a luxury or ultra-luxury property, preferably in a union environment.
• Fluency in English; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor all aspects of housekeeping; supervise and train associates.
• Verify room status on AM/PM reports and update checkout status.
• Prepare and distribute assignment sheets; update daily.
