You will collaborate across departments, manage incoming packages, and uphold safety and policy standards while maintaining an efficient receiving area.

Qualifications

• Two years of hotel receiving experience.
• Professional demeanor suitable for a luxury hospitality environment.
• Ability to read and interpret invoices and ledgers.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible schedule to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Verify orders received: quantities, packaging, weight, quality, and invoice.
• Inspect shipments for damage and report discrepancies.
• Store received products properly and process invoices.
• Manage shipping and receiving of goods and materials.
• Receive, sign for, and distribute incoming packages.
• Prepare reports and maintain receiving records.
• Communicate with vendors and team members.
• Promote safe and welcoming environment; ensure policy compliance.
• Organize receiving and storage areas; ensure product rotation.
