Rosewood Calistoga seeks a Purchasing & Receiving Clerk to maintain the hotel's supply chain with precision and care. You will receive, inspect, document, and distribute goods, supporting financial controls and vendor compliance across departments.

You will enter data into BirchStreet Procurement, verify pricing and quantities, and coordinate dock-to-storage movement while assisting with inventory counts and month-end close to uphold Rosewood's luxury standards.

Competenze

• Experience in receiving, purchasing, warehouse, storeroom, inventory, or procurement operations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with receiving systems and documentation requirements.

Mansioni

• Receive, inspect, verify, and document all incoming deliveries against POs and packing slips.
• Enter receiving data into BirchStreet Procurement and related hotel systems.
• Coordinate movement of goods from receiving dock to storage and operating areas.
• Maintain accurate records of POs, receiving reports, invoices, and vendor documentation.
• Support month-end closing activities and procurement reporting requirements.
