Rosewood Calistoga is seeking a Purchasing & Storeroom Supervisor to oversee the daily storeroom operations, purchasing activities, inventory management, supplier relationships, and procurement processes to ensure product availability, cost control, and adherence to Rosewood standards.

You will drive operational efficiency for the resort's opening and ongoing operations, mentor storeroom staff, and collaborate with Culinary, Food & Beverage, Finance, Receiving, and operations to deliver

Qualifications

• One year of procurement, purchasing, inventory control, storeroom management, or related hospitality experience.
• Luxury hotel or resort experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Support sourcing initiatives to secure products and services that meet quality, operational, and budget requirements.
• Assist with competitive bidding processes and supplier evaluations.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with approved vendors and service providers.
• Monitor supplier performance to ensure product quality, service excellence, and timely delivery.
• Forecast inventory needs and coordinate with suppliers to meet operational demands.
• Review purchasing trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
• Expedite purchase orders and proactively follow up on delayed deliveries.
• Oversee the daily operations of food, beverage, operating supply, paper goods, and general storerooms.
• Maintain organized, secure storeroom facilities in accordance with company standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure product availability while minimizing excess stock.
• Oversee inventory transactions, transfers, and documentation.
• Establish and maintain inventory par levels in partnership with operational leadership.
• Ensure proper product storage, rotation, and food safety compliance.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual inventory counts and reconciliations.
