Conrad Indianapolis is seeking a Property Operations Supervisor to join our Engineering team in a luxury, Forbes-recognized environment. You will oversee daily property maintenance, lead the operations staff, and help ensure safety and reliability across facilities.

You will manage tasks across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and masonry, respond to service requests, and support training and development of team members while upholding Hilton safety standards and guest wellbeing.

Qualifikationen

• Experience supervising a maintenance/engineering team.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and preventive maintenance.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Aufgaben

• Supervise daily facility maintenance: Lead property operations team members in performing maintenance to ensure the safety and functionality of facilities, systems, and grounds.
• Respond to service requests: Quickly handle guest and team member work orders and emergency requests related to non-functioning machinery or equipment.
• Perform a variety of maintenance tasks: Conduct repairs and maintenance across various areas, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and masonry.
• Supervise and develop the team: Assist the Director/Manager in training, scheduling, supervising, and evaluating property operations team members.
• Uphold regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with safety and loss prevention regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing.
• Conduct preventive maintenance inspections: Regularly inspect facilities and equipment to identify and address preventive maintenance needs.
• Document maintenance activities: Record completed inspections and repairs and flag any issues requiring further attention.
