Job summary

Hilton is seeking a Property Operations Director to lead the hotel’s facility operations, ensuring safety, reliability, and an exceptional guest experience. You will oversee mechanical, electrical, HVAC, life-safety systems and grounds while directing budgeting, scheduling, and regulatory compliance.

You will drive daily operations, oversee capital projects, and build a high-performing team focused on service quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead facility operations: ensure safety, functionality, and regulatory compliance of buildings and systems.
• Oversee facility maintenance: supervise inspections, energy programs, and preventive maintenance initiatives.
• Direct property improvements: manage capital projects, budgeting, bidding, and permitting.
• Drive operational excellence: manage guest service programs, product quality, and inventory controls.
• Cultivate a high-performing team through coaching, development, and recognition.
