Responsibilities

• Keep public areas spotless and well-maintained across Restrooms, hallways, stairwells, elevators, offices and event spaces.
• Greet guests warmly, answer questions, and resolve service requests promptly.
• Support housekeeping operations by assisting in guest room cleaning and fulfilling service requests as needed.
• Perform periodic deep cleaning tasks such as flipping mattresses, moving furniture, and waxing floors.
