Job summary

The NICI Collection is seeking an Operations Manager to lead day-to-day hotel operations and uphold exceptional guest experiences across departments. You will work with the General Manager and department heads, guiding teams and maintaining high standards in a fast-paced luxury setting.

You should have prior hotel operations or senior hospitality management experience, strong leadership, and solid cost management skills to drive performance and profitability across the property.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel operations or senior hospitality management.
• Hands-on leader with ability to manage a busy, fast-paced operation.
• Excellent communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Strong commercial awareness with experience in cost management and driving performance.
• Ability to build strong relationships across all departments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring high standards across all departments.
• Work closely with Heads of Department to drive performance, accountability and teamwork.
• Deliver an outstanding guest experience, responding effectively to feedback and resolving issues.
• Monitor operational performance, labour costs and departmental budgets.
• Support recruitment, training, development and retention of team members.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety, licensing and company procedures.
• Drive efficiency and identify opportunities to improve service and profitability.
• Maintain a visible leadership presence, motivating teams and leading by example.
• Work collaboratively with the wider NICI Collection to support our values and standards.
