Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of senior leadership in complex, high-volume hospitality or resort operations.
• Proven track record delivering guest, member, employee, and financial results in multi-venue settings.
• Experience with luxury hospitality, private clubs, or premium events strongly preferred.
• Ability to translate brand positioning into culinary strategy and guest experiences.
• Proficiency with Workday or similar enterprise systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year F&B and culinary strategy for Beaver Creek Resort.
• Define and elevate the culinary identity and operating model for all venues.
• Lead budgets, forecasts, and performance reviews; adjust pricing, menus, and staffing accordingly.
• Drive growth through menu engineering, beverage strategy, and private events.
• Build and develop a high-performing leadership team across culinary and service operations.
• Partner with resort leadership and enterprise teams to deliver exceptional Beaver Creek experiences.
