Qualifikationen

• Previous hospitality management experience, ideally in a full‑service or luxury hotel.
• Strong guest and colleague service mindset in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with hotel systems; Opera, Micros, and HotSOS preferred.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

• Support short- and long-range operational planning, aligning operations with standards and goals.
• Develop operating budgets, forecasts, marketing plans, and departmental objectives.
• Review financial results, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
• Lead hiring, training, coaching, recognition, performance conversations, and salary reviews.
• Oversee food and beverage operations, including payroll, forecasting, inventory, and budgets.
• Collaborate with hotel leaders to ensure polished guest experiences.
