Job summary

Sofitel New York is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our on-site sales and marketing team. You will assist the Marketing Manager and Director of Sales and Marketing while greeting clients on site and handling VIP amenities and booking links to ensure on-time payments.

Additional duties include supporting design assets, social media coordination, vendor management, and light office administration. Experience in a luxury hotel environment is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of hotel experience, luxury preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Excel required.
• Delphi, Opera and Cvent experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; customer-focused.
• Strong organization and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Marketing Manager and Director with marketing tasks.
• Coordinate with hotel, group partners and planners via phone and email.
• Prepare VIP amenities, manage booking links, and process changes.
• Greet clients on site and ensure a positive guest experience.
• Handle office administration, light marketing projects, and vendor management.
• Support business travel team with related tasks.
