You will set strategic direction, drive financial performance, and maintain Forbes Five-Star service across all departments while guiding a major hotel renovation with ownership and designers.

You will champion a high-performance culture, ensure flawless daily execution, and collaborate closely with executives to deliver an exceptional guest and colleague experience

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of progressive luxury hospitality leadership experience.
• At least 7 years in a senior executive role such as Managing Director or General Manager in a luxury property.
• Proven track record coordinating major renovations or large-scale transformations while maintaining luxury service standards.
• Deep knowledge of Forbes Five-Star standards and luxury brand execution.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute the strategic vision for The Charleston Place and oversee the Riviera Theatre.
• Lead the executive team to drive service excellence, financial performance, and colleague engagement.
• Direct renovation planning and execution to minimize guest disruption while preserving five-star standards.
• Uphold brand standards across all departments and ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Oversee budget, capital plans, and cross-department collaboration to optimize revenue and asset value.
