Qualifications

• Expert in hotel operations and leadership with a proven track record in luxury settings.
• Minimum of 4 years in a senior role within a luxury hotel environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience; division head experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct operations management and planning with the Managing Director to meet daily hotel needs.
• Provide inspirational leadership to sustain Parker Palm Springs Vision and Ethos.
• Lead a service-excellence culture and ensure effective inter-department communication.
• Oversee staffing, forecasting, training, and policy execution across departments.
• Monitor guest feedback and performance data to optimize guest engagement and profit.
• Recruit and develop leaders; coach, mentor, and evaluate team performance.
• Direct reports and lead across all operational areas of the hotel.
