Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of trades including electrical, plumbing, carpentry and mechanical experience.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures.
• Excellent organizational skills and English communication (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Maintains, inspects, tests and repairs all mechanical areas and equipment.
• Performs preventative maintenance on equipment and systems as scheduled.
• Inspects guest rooms and public spaces for repairs and replacements (bulbs, fixtures, faucets, etc.).
• Follows safety, hygiene and cleanliness protocols at all times.
• Runs tests and adds chemicals to water and sewage systems including pool and spa.
