Job summary

This on-site role in Monterey, CA requires at least one year of maintenance experience, a high school diploma, and familiarity with building management tools and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• At least one year of maintenance or repair experience.
• High school diploma or related vocational training.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and building management or reporting tools such as HotSos, Opera, Lutron, Bartech, or Inncom.
• Basic plumbing and electrics knowledge and preventative maintenance procedures.

Responsibilities

• Keep hotel operations running smoothly and guests satisfied with timely repairs.
• Repair or replace hotel fixtures and refurbish guest rooms.
• Organize supplies and ensure equipment is ready for the next day.
• Follow safety guidelines and report incidents or unsafe conditions.
