Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in logistics or warehouse operations.
• Luxury hospitality experience preferred.
• Forklift certification required or obtainable upon hire.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily loading dock operations with safety and efficiency.
• Oversee receiving of OS&E, F&B items, linens, and packages.
• Route perishable items to proper storage immediately.
• Coordinate vendor deliveries to reduce congestion.
• Serve as main point of contact for vendors and drivers.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Security and other departments.
• Maintain secure movement of equipment and high-valued goods.
• Enforce PPE and safety protocols.
• Keep loading dock clean and organized; manage equipment.
• Supervise Mailroom Clerks and assist in hiring.
