Job summary

The Loading Dock Porter at BHC joins the back-of-house team to keep storerooms clean, organized, and efficient. You will manage receiving, storage, and distribution of OS&E, housekeeping supplies, spa products, minibar items, and F&B non-perishables.

This role requires physical stamina and reliability; you will unload deliveries, verify invoices, and maintain accurate records in the inventory system, while upholding safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• Prior storeroom/receiving experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of inventory systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods according to SOPs.
• Verify quantities against packing slips and purchase orders.
• Maintain FIFO labeling and stock rotation.
• Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventories.
• Support receiving with unloading deliveries and staging goods.
• Coordinate with departments for deliveries.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist with sustainability initiatives and waste sorting.
