Job summary

White Lodging operates The Yacht Club, the signature seafood restaurant at Hotel Trinity, Autograph Collection, in downtown Austin. As Kitchen Supervisor, you will lead the back-of-house team to deliver high-quality coastal cuisine and an outstanding dining experience.

You will open/close the kitchen, implement WLW standards, and mentor staff while maintaining safety and efficiency. The role requires strong culinary leadership and a commitment to excellence in a luxury hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in a leadership culinary role.
• Strong leadership with focus on team development and accountability.
• Fluency in all cooking procedures and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Open or close the kitchen, ensuring smooth shift transitions and adherence to standards.
• Implement, maintain, and monitor WLW processes.
• Lead, train, and mentor a diverse culinary team to perform at the highest level.
• Ensure all cooking procedures and recipes are executed consistently.
• Support the achievement of department financial goals and guest satisfaction targets.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized kitchen environment.
