White Lodging is offering an entry-level cook position at Yacht Club inside Hotel Trinity, Autograph Collection in downtown Austin, TX. No prior restaurant experience required; training begins day one as part of a structured culinary development program.

You’ll follow hotel and brand standards, gain hands-on seafood and fine dining experience, and grow with opportunities across Austin properties. Competitive benefits and schedule flexibility are provided.

Formación

• Entry-level cook role in a luxury hotel kitchen.
• Experience in a culinary program is a plus but not required.
• Active Food Handler’s Certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Train as a Culinarian in a structured culinary development program.
• Follow health and safety guidelines and brand standards.
• Assist in maintaining quality and portion control across shifts.
• Support the Yacht Club kitchen team in daily prep and service.
