This role reports to the Director of Human Resources and focuses on attracting top talent, aligning with the One Team philosophy, and driving guest-centric service through a strong HR strategy.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience.
• Two+ years of Human Resource experience required; hospitality/service experience preferred.
• Strong organizational & communication skills with a professional presence; ability to work in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintains compensation/benefits relationships and conducts wage surveys to ensure competitive pay.
• Manages recruitment and retention for hourly and salaried team members with fair hiring practices.
• Oversees team member relations, legal compliance, and performance management guidance.
• Controls costs with efficient labor management and procurement guidance; supports Kronos/UltiPro use.
• Delivers training programs and ensures implementation of development initiatives.
• Manages safety/risk and workers’ compensation programs; promotes a safe work environment.
• Exhibits strong self/workload management and fosters a collaborative, professional culture.
