B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Human Resources Manager for The Watermark Hotel in Capital One Center, Tysons.

You will lead HR strategy for the property, aligning with the One Team philosophy and steering talent acquisition, compensation, and development initiatives at a premier all-suite hotel. The role reports to the Director of Human Resources and requires a track record of driving guest-focused service while upholding integrity and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience.
• Two+ years of HR experience; hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, professional presence.
• Luxury brand training preferred; ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities

• Compensation/ Benefits: maintains relationships with area hotels and oversees wage surveys.
• Recruitment/Retention: manages hiring for the property and ensures fair practices.
• Team Member Relations: supports fair and consistent application of laws and union-free status.
• Cost Control: helps manage labor costs and procurement guidelines.
• Training: analyzes quality issues and delivers training programs.
• Safety/Risk Management: manages workers’ compensation program and safe workplace.
• Self/Workload Management: ensures effective self and workload management.
