Responsibilities

• Assign daily tasks and monitor productivity.
• Ensure rooms are ready for arrival according to occupancy.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and service recovery.
• Coordinate with Engineering for maintenance issues.
• Complete daily inspection reports and documentation.
• Collaborate with Front Office and other departments for seamless guest experience.
