Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous hotel housekeeping experience required.
• Supervisory or leadership experience in hospitality preferred.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning standards, and hotel operations.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to use hotel property management systems and basic computer programs is a plus.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the housekeeping team while ensuring guest rooms and public areas meet hotel and brand standards.
• Inspect guest rooms, suites, and public areas to ensure cleanliness, presentation, and brand standards.
• Supervise, support, and motivate Room Attendants, Housemen, and Public Area Attendants.
• Assign daily work and monitor productivity to ensure timely completion of all assignments.
• Ensure guest rooms are ready for arrival according to hotel occupancy needs.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and service recovery opportunities.
• Report maintenance concerns and coordinate with Engineering to resolve issues.
• Complete daily inspection reports, room status updates, and other required documentation.
• Partner with Front Office and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
