Job summary

The Ocean House Collections’ Housekeeping Supervisor role oversees daily housekeeping operations, leading Room Attendants and Public Area Attendants to uphold Forbes Five-Star standards. You will train, coach, and ensure exceptional guest experiences across all areas, reporting to the Director of Housekeeping.

• Must have experience in housekeeping, hospitality, guest services, or related environment.
• Commitment to exceptional guest service and high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Lead by example and collaborate with colleagues across departments.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Reliable, accountable, and professional.

Responsibilities

• Assign and coordinate daily room assignments based on occupancy and priorities.
• Inspect guest rooms, suites, public areas, and projects for Forbes Five-Star standards.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate housekeeping team members.
• Monitor productivity, attendance, and performance.
• Provide onboarding, training, and corrective action.
• Engage guests warmly and ensure a welcoming environment.
• Respond promptly to guest concerns and service recovery.
• Coordinate with front office, F&B, activities, and engineering.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and company policies.
• Manage supplies and assist with ordering and cost controls.
• Complete daily reports and pass information to management.
• Maintain room number confidentiality and key control.
• Uphold the Company's Service Excellence Pillars.
• May perform additional duties as needed.
