Qualifications

• Bachelor's or relevant degree in hospitality, marketing or communications.
• Minimum three years of experience in luxury hospitality or related field.
• Strong photography, videography, and social media content creation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the hotel's social media channels and create engaging content.
• Support digital marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and content calendars.
• Maintain the hotel's website, mobile app presence, and email database.
• Create and distribute e-newsletters and email marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate photo and video shoots and host media visits and press tours.
• Support special events, marketing projects, and on-property collateral.
• Serve as a Four Seasons brand ambassador and stay ahead of digital trends.
