The role requires a degree in Hospitality, Digital Marketing, or Communications and a minimum of three years in luxury hospitality.

Qualifications

• Degree in Hospitality, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury hospitality or related industry.
• Experience with digital marketing, social media, and content creation is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage hotel social media channels and create engaging content to drive audience engagement.
• Support digital marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and content calendars.
• Maintain hotel website, mobile app presence, and email database.
• Create and distribute e-newsletters and email campaigns.
• Coordinate photo and video shoots and host media visits and press tours.
• Support on-property events and marketing projects.
• Act as Four Seasons brand ambassador and stay ahead of digital trends.
