Job summary

The Westin Indianapolis, a Davidson Hospitality Group property in downtown Indianapolis, seeks a Chief Engineer to lead our engineering team and ensure safe, comfortable, and reliable operations for guests and associates.

You will manage maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, implement preventive programs, control the engineering budget, and collaborate with other departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Leadership and technical excellence are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• Proven leadership in engineering or facilities management.
• Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and building codes.

Responsibilities
