The role drives brand strategy, leads the leadership team, and expands market share with proactive sales initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major with 8 years’ experience in management operations, sales and marketing, finance and accounting.
• 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major with 6 years’ experience in management operations, sales and marketing, finance and accounting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business plans to maximize customer satisfaction, profitability, and market share.
• Lead Executive Committee and coach leaders for performance and development.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to generate revenue and pursue leads.
• Ensure Ritz-Carlton brand standards are implemented and service quality maintained.
• Build owner relations and communicate brand initiatives to stakeholders.

Education
